Solo permits one product in total, including drafts. On other plans, drafts do not use published-product slots. Separate inventory and creation safety limits apply. Changing to a smaller plan does not remove existing hubs or QR links.

What can I put in a product hub?
Product images, instructions, PDF manuals, video links, care and warranty information, support details, and links to accessories, reordering and recycling. Add the resources that are useful for your product.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your published product hub opens in their browser. A customer can scan your product’s QR code or follow its public link to reach it.
Can I update a hub after printing its QR code?
Yes. Edit your product’s content and resources in your workspace. Its permanent QR link stays the same. Keep the hub published so customers can reach it.
Who is Beyond for, and how do I get started?
Beyond is for businesses selling physical products that need useful instructions, manuals, care or support after purchase. Start with your branding, a product name and a description. Those product details are enough to publish within your allowance; add images, manuals and guidance as you go. Save a private draft until you are ready. Preparation time depends on your content.
How does the evaluation work?
New business workspaces get 14 days to explore, with up to 5 published products and 25 products in the workspace. Up to 50 product creations in total; deleting a product does not reset that total. No payment is taken during registration.
What happens when my evaluation ends?
Existing published hubs and QR links stay available. You can sign in and edit existing products. Creating new products or newly publishing drafts pauses until your access allows it. Unpublishing makes a hub unavailable; deleting a product permanently retires its QR link. Review available management actions in Plan & usage.
